Product Description
Trazodone HCL 100 mg tablets are classified as a serotonin antagonist and reuptake inhibitor and are used in pets as an antidepressant and also may be used for adjunctive treatment of behavioral disorders in dogs.
Additional information:
- Used in dogs for anxiety-related conditions, including thunderstorms or firework phobias
- May give with food or on an empty stomach. If your animal vomits or acts sick after getting it on an empty stomach, try giving with food or small treat and see if this helps.
- May take up to 2 weeks to achieve its calming effects, especially when used alone
- Most common side effects are sleepiness and decreased activity
- Withdrawal symptoms may occur if the does is not gradually reduced

- Store between 68-77°F
- Keep in an airtight container and protect from light
