Product Description
Cisapride is a gastrointestinal prokinetic agent that is used for your pet's stomach and intestinal conditions and helps in the management of chronic constipation or megacolon, esophagitis, gastroesophageal reflux, delayed gastric emptying, and increasing GI motility.
Additional items:
- Adverse effects appear to be minimal in veterinary patients; vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal discomfort can occur.
- May give with or without food. Give with food if animal vomits after a dose.
- Many possible drug interactions; don't give any new new drugs without checking with your veterinarian.
Storage/Stability:
- Store cisapride tablets in tight, light-resistant containers at room temperature.
