Product Description
Amitriptyline a tricyclic antidepressant used in dogs, cats, and birds for treatment of certain behavioral disorders. It is also used for treatment of neuropathic pain in dogs and cats. This medication can help with your pet's anxiety disorders and fear of loud noises. In combination with other medications it may also help with behavioral problems such as self-destructive behaviors and itching.
Additional information:
- May take several days to weeks to determine if the drug is effective.
- Most common side effects are drowsiness (sleeping), dry mouth, and constipation; be sure animal has access to water.

- Amitriptyline tablets should be stored at room temperature.
