Product Description
Allopurinol is a medication used to prevent kidney and bladder stones and is used to help prevent increased uric acid levels in pets receiving chemotherapy.
Additional information:
- May be given with food if vomiting occurs
- When used long-term in dogs, low-purine diets are recommended
- Contact veterinarian immediately if rash, unusual tiredness, or yellowing of the whites of the eyes is observed.
Storage/Stability:
Allopurinol tablets should be stored between 68° to 77°f in a well closed container and protected from light.
