All we need to fill your order is a prescription from your veterinarian. You can either fax or email us a prescription, or we can contact your veterinarian for a prescription.

If the medication you received is incorrect, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. Please contact customer support.
We do not accept pet insurance. Most pet insurances require you to pay upfront for your pet's supplies. You will then have to submit a claim to your pet insurance to get reimbursed.
Most medications are filled in 30 days supply with how many refills the vet approves.
